House Renovation Services in Whitby

They worked with our architect and were flexible throughout. Dead impressed with how they coordinated everything.

Loved how the team involved us at each stage but didn’t overload us with technical stuff. Very easy to work with.

Their eye for practical design was a huge help. Suggested a few layout changes I wouldn’t have thought of myself.

Garry and the crew did a smashing job on our whole upstairs. It’s finally got that modern feel I’ve wanted for ages.

They opened up two rooms and added a utility area. It’s like having a bigger house without moving.

Sorted our downstairs renovation and even dealt with the building control visits. Made it feel easy.

It’s hard to trust trades after some of the stories you hear, but Renov8 proved to be the real deal.

They modernised our entire kitchen and knocked through into the dining room. Couldn’t be happier with the result!

What started as “just a kitchen” turned into a whole new ground floor layout. Worth every penny.

The work they did made it feel like a new home. Garry’s advice was spot on at every stage.

I don’t usually write reviews but this lot really earned it. Renov8 gave my house a complete second life.

They removed two internal walls, relocated the kitchen and installed bifolds – now the whole space is light and open.

I was worried about cost creeping up, but they stuck to the quote and explained everything. Felt very in control.

If you're based around Bridlington, don't bother looking elsewhere. Renov8 are the only firm I'd use again.

From quote to handover, the whole process was smooth. They were reliable and respected the house throughout.
