Building Services in Swanland

We had a wall removed to open up our kitchen and dining area. They made the structural work look easy, and it really flows now.

Communication was clear throughout and everything was kept tidy at the end of each day.

The internal work involved moving walls, installing pocket doors and fitting flooring throughout. We’ve gained a home office and a playroom for the kids without adding an extension.

Felt like we gained a whole new part of the house. Massive thanks to everyone involved.

We had a small extension added at the back of our house and it’s honestly the best decision we’ve made in years.

We had our full ground floor layout reworked, including structural changes and new kitchen fitting. They worked closely with our architect and kept everything running to schedule.

We felt totally looked after from day one. The build quality is obvious in every detail.

The orangery turned out better than I imagined. It feels light and warm, even in winter. I was kept informed throughout and they helped with permits too.

Feels like a proper investment in the house, not just a quick add-on.

We needed more space without moving, and this team made it happen. They knocked two rooms into one, sorted flooring, plastering, and even the new electrics.

They stuck to the agreed plan and worked cleanly. Garry was excellent at keeping us in the loop.

Can’t believe how much bigger the house feels after knocking that one wall through. Love it.

We built out over the garage to add a new bedroom. Not only does it feel like part of the house, but you’d never guess it wasn’t always there.

Excellent finish and matched brickwork perfectly. Really pleased with the result.

Garry’s advice on kitchen lighting was spot on. It’s perfect now.

We used Renov8 for a rear extension and a full internal knock-through to create an open plan lounge. They handled everything from steel beam installs to final finishes.

The communication was excellent and it’s clear they take pride in what they do.

We had them back twice – once for a garage, then again for some internal changes. Both jobs were spot on.

Got everything done as agreed, stuck to budget, and left the site clean. Happy customer.

From start to finish, we were kept in the loop. Highly professional and very tidy workers.

Our extension was done over winter and they worked through everything without delay. No stress, no hold-ups, just solid graft and quality work.

The space they added has made family life a lot more manageable. It’s now the most-used room in the house.

From design to finish, they were honest, reliable and thorough. They worked around our family’s busy schedule and cleaned up every day.

Our extension is now our main living area and we couldn’t be happier. The whole team clearly take pride in their work.
