House Renovation Services in Scarborough

Our extension passed planning first time thanks to their help. Very happy with the outcome.

What started as “just a kitchen” turned into a whole new ground floor layout. Worth every penny.

The new open plan living space has changed how we use the house entirely. So much more natural light and everything flows better.

They removed two internal walls, relocated the kitchen and installed bifolds – now the whole space is light and open.

We had a garage conversion done by Renov8 and the result’s brilliant. Ideal as a home gym and keeps the noise out.

Top bunch. They handled the extension, planning stuff, and all the trades. Just left me to enjoy the result.

It’s hard to trust trades after some of the stories you hear, but Renov8 proved to be the real deal.

We felt a bit clueless when we started the renovation, but Garry explained everything clearly and kept us updated throughout.

I wasn’t sure about doing the whole renovation at once, but they planned it out in phases that made it manageable.

The updates they did to our old cottage made a massive difference.

Everything still feels true to the character but much more functional now.

They finished ahead of schedule and left everything spotless. The bathroom reno looks like it belongs in a hotel now.

I was worried about cost creeping up, but they stuck to the quote and explained everything. Felt very in control.

The work they did made it feel like a new home. Garry’s advice was spot on at every stage.

Their team transformed our tired 70s bungalow into something genuinely modern. Open-plan kitchen, new flooring, all sorted.

Loved how the team involved us at each stage but didn’t overload us with technical stuff. Very easy to work with.
