Building Services in Pocklington

From start to finish, we were kept in the loop. Highly professional and very tidy workers.

The garage build went smoothly from start to finish. Looks great and functions exactly how we wanted.

Can’t believe how much bigger the house feels after knocking that one wall through. Love it.

The new open-plan living space has completely changed how we use the downstairs.

Everything just feels easier and more social now.

The work was done quickly and without any disruption. Absolutely no complaints from us.

We had a wall removed to open up our kitchen and dining area. They made the structural work look easy, and it really flows now.

Communication was clear throughout and everything was kept tidy at the end of each day.

We used Renov8 for a rear extension and a full internal knock-through to create an open plan lounge. They handled everything from steel beam installs to final finishes.

The communication was excellent and it’s clear they take pride in what they do.

Renov8 helped us create an open-plan space downstairs by removing two walls and repositioning the kitchen. It felt like a big project but they broke it down into manageable parts.

Everyone who comes round now comments on how big and bright it feels.

Friendly guys who genuinely care about doing the job right. Would use again.

Smooth build, tidy crew, clear timeline. What more can you ask for?

I had a garage built at the bottom of the garden to use as a hobby room. It’s insulated, fully wired and absolutely spot on.

I felt like I was involved in all the decisions but didn’t have to worry about the technical side.

The orangery we added on the back has become our favourite space in the house. It’s full of light all year round and great for family meals.

The process was smooth and the team really listened to what we wanted.

Adding an orangery has made entertaining so much easier. Loads of light and it’s now our go-to space for guests.

The builders were polite and organised and made the process feel far less overwhelming than we expected.

We’ve used Renov8 twice now – once for an internal wall reconfiguration and again for a garage. Both times the work was completed on schedule and to a high standard.

Garry made sure we understood all our options and helped us stay on budget too.

Garry talked us through the planning regulations and what we could do without needing permission. That advice saved us a lot of hassle.
