Building Services in Filey

Can’t believe how much bigger the house feels after knocking that one wall through. Love it.

Garry’s advice on kitchen lighting was spot on. It’s perfect now.

The new garage extension is perfect – fits the car and has extra room for tools and bikes. They installed electrics, fitted secure doors, and even advised on lighting placement.

Highly recommend this crew for anyone wanting quality without the usual building stress.

We built out over the garage to add a new bedroom. Not only does it feel like part of the house, but you’d never guess it wasn’t always there.

Excellent finish and matched brickwork perfectly. Really pleased with the result.

We had a small extension added at the back of our house and it’s honestly the best decision we’ve made in years.

Garry talked us through the planning regulations and what we could do without needing permission. That advice saved us a lot of hassle.

From design to finish, they were honest, reliable and thorough. They worked around our family’s busy schedule and cleaned up every day.

Our extension is now our main living area and we couldn’t be happier. The whole team clearly take pride in their work.

The work was done quickly and without any disruption. Absolutely no complaints from us.

Adding an orangery has made entertaining so much easier. Loads of light and it’s now our go-to space for guests.

The builders were polite and organised and made the process feel far less overwhelming than we expected.

Garry and his team helped us build a side extension to use as a utility and office space.

They helped us design something functional and stylish that didn’t feel like a bolt-on. Really pleased with the results and the service we got.

They managed our extension from start to finish. The job ran to time, stayed within budget, and looks brilliant.

The communication was the best we’ve had with any trades. No unanswered messages, no chasing – they were just on it.

Friendly guys who genuinely care about doing the job right. Would use again.

I had a garage built at the bottom of the garden to use as a hobby room. It’s insulated, fully wired and absolutely spot on.

I felt like I was involved in all the decisions but didn’t have to worry about the technical side.

Felt like they really listened to what we wanted. Friendly team and no drama.

We had our full ground floor layout reworked, including structural changes and new kitchen fitting. They worked closely with our architect and kept everything running to schedule.

We felt totally looked after from day one. The build quality is obvious in every detail.
