Builders Cottingham

The updates they did to our old cottage made a massive difference.

Everything still feels true to the character but much more functional now.

We used it for a dormer roof inspection after spotting a leak. Operator was on time, had safety gear and helped us reach everything needed.

We now know exactly what needs repairing thanks to proper access.

Great job installing kitchen extractor and under-cabinet lights. No trailing wires, just a neat and functional setup.

They skimmed over textured ceilings – what a transformation.

As a landlord, I needed quick turnaround on electrical safety checks for three properties. Renov8 booked me in fast, handled all the paperwork, and flagged only the essentials.

Really grateful for their honest and efficient approach. Will be using them again.

They reached our awkward 3rd-floor windows with ease. Great service.

Had some damaged plasterwork after rewiring. Renov8 repaired it so well you’d never know it had been touched.

Appreciated the honest breakdown of costs before they started. No hidden surprises at the end.

Had a new skylight fitted. It’s made the hallway brighter and feels like a proper upgrade. Work was clean and tidy too.

Garry’s cherry picker was exactly what we needed for some awkward window cleaning on the third floor.

No need for scaffolding, and it only took a couple of hours. The operator was professional and careful around our garden.

Renov8 helped us create an open-plan space downstairs by removing two walls and repositioning the kitchen. It felt like a big project but they broke it down into manageable parts.

Everyone who comes round now comments on how big and bright it feels.

Excellent experience. Would use again without hesitation.

Top-class roofing work. They really know what they’re doing.

The LED lighting they installed outside has transformed our patio area.

Renov8 helped us select the right paint for our bathroom and it still looks fresh after a year of steam.

Really knowledgeable team. I’ll be using them again for the bedrooms soon.
