House Renovation Services in Caistor

We needed to make space for a home office and playroom. Renov8 helped rework the layout and it’s made day-to-day life easier.

Friendly bunch, always on time and happy to explain things without jargon. Felt like I was in safe hands from the start.

Loved how the team involved us at each stage but didn’t overload us with technical stuff. Very easy to work with.

Their eye for practical design was a huge help. Suggested a few layout changes I wouldn’t have thought of myself.

Friendly and professional. Took care of all the approvals and regs without making a fuss.

After delays from another builder, Renov8 stepped in and saved the project. Grateful doesn’t even cover it.

Had the bathroom and hallway redone. Simple updates but what a transformation!

We’ve had endless compliments since the work was finished. The added space just makes life easier.

From quote to handover, the whole process was smooth. They were reliable and respected the house throughout.

The work they did made it feel like a new home. Garry’s advice was spot on at every stage.

They opened up two rooms and added a utility area. It’s like having a bigger house without moving.

Honest, punctual and genuinely skilled. Can’t ask for more.

These lads know their stuff. We got regular updates, and the site was left tidy each day.

I was worried about cost creeping up, but they stuck to the quote and explained everything. Felt very in control.

What started as “just a kitchen” turned into a whole new ground floor layout. Worth every penny.
