They took out an old load-bearing wall and made sure everything was reinforced properly. I felt confident throughout.

We were completely new to extensions and had no idea what was involved. Renov8 made it really easy to understand and guided us through every step.

It was great knowing we didn’t have to chase anything or coordinate different trades. They took care of it all.

Garry talked us through the planning regulations and what we could do without needing permission. That advice saved us a lot of hassle.

Our extension was done over winter and they worked through everything without delay. No stress, no hold-ups, just solid graft and quality work.

The space they added has made family life a lot more manageable. It’s now the most-used room in the house.

The internal work involved moving walls, installing pocket doors and fitting flooring throughout. We’ve gained a home office and a playroom for the kids without adding an extension.

Felt like we gained a whole new part of the house. Massive thanks to everyone involved.

We built out over the garage to add a new bedroom. Not only does it feel like part of the house, but you’d never guess it wasn’t always there.

Excellent finish and matched brickwork perfectly. Really pleased with the result.

We had our full ground floor layout reworked, including structural changes and new kitchen fitting. They worked closely with our architect and kept everything running to schedule.

We felt totally looked after from day one. The build quality is obvious in every detail.

We had walls moved, doors relocated and new flooring throughout the ground floor. It completely changed how we live in the space.

Garry gave honest feedback and steered us away from a few expensive mistakes too. Quality work from proper tradespeople.

We weren’t sure if we needed planning permission but Renov8 explained everything. They helped us design something that fell under permitted development and kept us informed the whole way through.

The result is a beautiful open-plan kitchen diner that we now love using every day.

Friendly guys who genuinely care about doing the job right. Would use again.

Garry and his team helped us build a side extension to use as a utility and office space.

They helped us design something functional and stylish that didn’t feel like a bolt-on. Really pleased with the results and the service we got.

From design to finish, they were honest, reliable and thorough. They worked around our family’s busy schedule and cleaned up every day.

Our extension is now our main living area and we couldn’t be happier. The whole team clearly take pride in their work.

They handled the whole orangery build from design through to completion.

Really impressed with the end result and how bright the space feels.

Orangery turned out even better than we hoped. Great job all round.

Can’t believe how much bigger the house feels after knocking that one wall through. Love it.
